Did like 5 sets of ----- Jumping of 5 hoolahops,20 sit ups, run 1 round, jumping of cones, 5 inclined flexarm.

I think mdm foong pms today, keep shouting and screaming at us. ._.

Instead of jumping, we ran, instead of doing proper sit ups, we only counted loudly for her to hear LOL, then we just sit down there act act, instead of jumping the cones, we walk thru it, instead of doing the incline pull up, we only counted 1-5, instead of running, we cut thru and took the shortcut. HAHAHAHHA.
